Hematovore return to Atlanta on Saturday, January 15th!

Hematovore are the final performer on Saturday, January 15th, 2011.

Having existed for more than thirteen long years in the deepest, darkest regions of the bible belt, hematovore successfully bridges the gap between iron maiden and king crimson. Leaving no musical stone unturned, their instru-metal is densely packed with ideas.

Mutant Supremacy are the third act of the evening.

Mutant Supremacy formed in 2007 after Atakke guitarist Sam Awry met drummer Robert Nelson at a Vital Remains concert. Together with guitarist Glen Syzmanski they recorded demo versions of their songs in the Summer of 2008, and with Robert's brother Jesse on bass played their first show on Oct 5th 2008. Shortly after, permanent bassist Winslow joined and Daniel Satanas replaced Glen, who had to leave due to personal obligations. The new lineup recorded 2 songs in August 2009 for a split e.p. with Cleveland's Nekrofilth, due out this year on Iron Bonehead(Ger.). The band is currently working on a full length recording at Full Force Studio(Suffocation, Catastrophic, Internal Bleeding), engineered by Joe Cincotta. In MAy 2010, Curt Johnston replaced Daniel as second guitarist.
Mutant Supremacy plays Death Metal the old way, raw, hateful, and uncompromising. They have shared the stage with such acts a Nekrofilth, Metallion(Can.), Bastardator(Can.), Slaywhore, Gigan, Lecherous Nocturne, Landmine Marathon, Cannabis Corpse, Deceased, Soulless, And Whiplash.
Mutant Supremacy's song "Morbid Dismemberment" was selected to appear in the Namco/Bandai release Splatterhouse, available this fall for XBox360 and Playstation3.
They stand ready to unleash their apocalyptic vision of a tragically flawed human race signing its own death warrant on the metal masses, and will not stop until all have been left bloodied and broken in their wake. You've been warned...

Early 90's death metal, late 80's thrash metal, doom, even stuff after that, anything we like.

Prime Mover are the opener.

Best described as Southern Black Metal, Prime Mover's sound is a mixture of many different elements; varying styles of Metal such as thrash, death, sludge and black metal, classical, punk, southern rock, funkpretty much anything and everything, resulting in something completely unique. Haunting guitar melodies are layered over jarring rhythms. Slow majestic fist-pounding riffs give way to passages of break-neck speed. Vocals vary from mournful to outright blistering. PRIME MOVER is a study in musical Darwinism; constantly evolving, while remaining true to the original beast. Hailing from Atlantas South Side, PRIME MOVER began as the studio project of bassist/vocalist Joshua Rogers when his other band Blackness (A legend of Atlantas once proud thrash underground) disbanded some time ago. Joshua recorded several demos by himself and with the help of a few friends such as former Blackness guitarist Hollis Keith, vocalist Raphael Martinez and (eventual Prime Mover guitarist) Alan Strange. These demos were released to critical acclaim from various underground zines and began to create a following for a band that had never played a show. In the spring of 2002, Rogers started assembling an actual band to take PRIME MOVER out of the studio and onto the stage. After several shows and several lineup changes PRIME MOVER now consists of Joshua Rogers Bass/Vocals, Alan Strange Guitar/Vocals, and Ryan Beitz Drums. PRIME MOVER have recorded more demos as a band and have played many shows including gigs opening for Lamb of God, Shadows Fall, Killswitch Engage, Hatebreed, The Haunted, Kataklysm, Bleeding Through, Anthrax, Fireball Ministry, and Dio just to name a few. Their most recent effort "A Monument to Your Sins" is a 3 song, 20+ minute beast of epic proportions. Engineered and mixed by Eyal Levi (Daath, Arsis), and mastered by Metal Legend James Murphy, "Monument..." is a profound work and just a taste of what this band is capable of achieving. Like the universal force from which the bands name derives, PRIME MOVER has the power to create and to destroyand they delight in doing both.
