Mike LaSage and the Stumbling Troubadours are performing on Wednesday, June 30th

Mike LaSage & The Stumbling Troubadours are performing at the Drunken Unicorn on Wednesday, June 30th.

Mike LaSage and the Stumbling Troubadours. Six words that should ultimately warn evangelicals to put on "ear muffs" and signal fans to prepare for liver damage. Trust this: the Agnostic Revival is on it's way to your town. Make sure you're front and center.

After 13 years of national touring with his band Beautiful Mess, Mike LaSage made the decision to hang up his guitar. However, unable to stay away from the stage for long, he emerged a year later scruffy and eager to try something new.

With help from a few friends, The Stumbling Troubadours, the now group effort created one of the most entertaining and rowdy live acts to hit the stage in recent memory... Mike LaSage and The Stumbling Troubadours is born. Every infectious track begs for plenty of audience involvement through sing along harmonies, catchy foot-stomping tunes, intelligent lyrics, and enough energy to power a large city.

A little bit country AND a little bit rock n' roll. Throw in some alcohol, bluegrass, gospel, folk, punk, and garnish it all with solid pop sensibilities. All together, these components compile what is Mike LaSage and the Stumbling Troubadours.

"Not many bands can pull off New Wave without piling on irony and pomp reminiscent of art-school majors." -Mountain Xpress

Sydney Eloise is opening.

Let Sydney warm your hearts with her honest description of life and love. Her lastest songs, in which she is planning to record this December, dance around the subjects of the investment of relationships and awkward situations, and just plain ole love and hate. Sydney has blossomed as a singer-songwriter since the first time she reveiled her talent in high school in many school performces and benefits. With two years of trials and tribulations...skinned knees and bruises, she has stories to share that will leave you feeling the bittersweetness of life.
